Owl and Robin Class had a fascinating trip to the Beth Shalom Reform Synagogue this week. I was lucky enough to go along too! It was a beautiful, peaceful building, and we were all made very welcome. The children learned some of the features of the main worship room, and explored the treatment of the Torah. They also tasted challah bread and grape juice, learning about the Shabbat meal.
