We have, fortunately not had any Covid-19 cases this week. However, there are still many about in Cambridge, so although restrictions have been relaxed, it is still worth being mindful of this. At school, we are still making sure that the classrooms are kept well-ventilated. I have attached the latest letter from the Local Authority, stating the most up-to-date regulations. Although it is no longer a legal requirement to self-isolate with Covid, anybody testing positive should still do so for five days. Tests are still available to order until 1st April (from here https://www.gov.uk/order-coronavirus-rapid-lateral-flow-tests), and should continue to be used. Anybody with symptoms should continue to get a PCR test. The local health advisor has stressed that we must continue to test in order to keep track of the cases, and to identify any variants that occur. This situation will change, however, after April 1st. Although we are mixing with other classes again at present, we are ready to return to previous measures should cases rise.
