On Wednesday afternoon, Flamingo Class went on an expedition, to help them to imagine Shackleton’s journey!

They walked to Midsummer Common, where Mrs Stevenson announced that because the ‘river was flooding’, they would not be able to continue to Stourbridge Common, as planned. The class diverted to high ground, and took refreshment in the ‘Community Orchard’, a wonderful place to play and explore! Please see the photographs below!
