All the classes worked in  their Houses yesterday afternoon, to create an endangered animal using junk modelling. This was the idea of a group of Eagle Class children, who are exploring the idea of Courageous Advocacy. They have researched a number of charities that the children might like to raise money for, and decided to lead a project to raise money to adopt an animal through WWF. Each house made a model of a particular endangered animal: turtle, rhino, polar bear and panda. Please see the photographs below! It was lovely to see the children working collaboratively in groups, with others of different ages, using fantastic creativity to make their animals!
