On Tuesday this week, Ms Beringer took a team from Park Street to enter the Cambridge Schools Computing Competition. This was held at the Cambridge Centre for Computing History. The three year six children who were chosen to represent our school did a fantastic job! Despite us not having all the equipment for them to practise with, they came second to Kings College School in the overall competition, and won the ‘Teamwork’ prize. This was a brilliant achievement, as there were 14 schools, including some independent schools taking part. They had to use a micro bit computer to programme a ‘buggy’ to navigate a course.
