Mrs Davison introduced our new behaviour strategy in assembly on Friday. We are all learning our three rules:
Ready Respectful Safe.
We also discussed how we will help children who are struggling to keep these rules.
They will have up to three reminders, followed by a yellow card (Last Chance), followed by a red card (Consequence).
Consequences will involve finishing work missed if we have not been ready, writing letters of apology if we have not been respectful, and having a restorative conversation with a teacher if we have not been safe. These activities will sometime take place at break and lunchtimes, as appropriate. Our Behaviour Policy is being updated in line with this new procedure.
