We have been approached by Church Schools of Cambridge to let you know about a course of self-defence classes for Year 5 and Year 6 children.
These will be taking place at St Philips Primary School from 22nd February 2022 – please see the details above.
“Shinjitae teaches holistic self-defence which means rather than being
limited to the physical aspect, it also includes relational awareness
and character development. We aim to better equip our students in
managing conflict. This 6-week course will introduce students to
some basic self-defence moves as well as give them a new
understanding and approach to diffusing conflicts.”
