Mr John Kershaw visited Eagle Class this week, to speak to the children about his experiences during the Second World War. They also had an opportunity to ask questions about what it was like being a child at this time.
Afterwards, Mr Kershaw emailed to say:
I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed my visit to your school. I thought the children
were bright, enthusiastic, and interested in what I had to say.
Please give them a thankyou from me for giving me such a warm welcome.
